Shree Charani follows Hinduism and was raised in a deeply devoted household; however, details regarding her caste remain undisclosed. Brought up in a nurturing and encouraging environment in Erramalle village, Andhra Pradesh, her father was employed at a Thermal Power Plant Project, while her mother managed household responsibilities. Together, they cultivated strong ethical principles in Charani. She is an only child aside from an elder sister. Her father, Chandrasekhar Reddy, worked on small assignments at the Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant in Kadapa. Despite his demanding job, he consistently supported his daughter’s enthusiasm for sports. Shree Charani’s older sister, Vaishnavi Charitha, played a pivotal supportive role in her life. Although Vaishnavi did not pursue sports, she consistently motivated Charani to excel in her cricketing career.
