Kobe Bryant's Rare Game-Worn Jordans Surface in NBA 2026 Auction

Kobe Bryant's rare game-worn Jordans, signed and worth $500K, are now up for grabs in the NBA in 2026.

Kobe Bryant's Early NBA Years Kobe Bryant's early NBA years were closely associated with Adidas. However, in 2002, Bryant paid Adidas $8 million to terminate their deal prematurely. Despite Reebok reportedly offering Bryant $15 million per season, Bryant declined and decided to wear multiple brands during the upcoming season. This move was a significant departure from his previous agreement with Adidas. ## Kobe's $500K Jordans Kobe's now-$500K pair of size 14 Jordans, featuring the Los Angeles Lakers' white, purple, and gold colorway, were authenticated by MeiGray to match a game on February 14, 2003, against the San Antonio Spurs and another game four days later against the Houston Rockets. The shoes were worn during Bryant's nine-game scoring streak of at least 40 points in games from February 6 through February 23. This impressive feat was only achieved by Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Wilt Chamberlain (three separate times). ## Bryant's Performance Against the Spurs and Rockets In the game against the Spurs on February 14, 2003, Bryant scored 44 points and added six rebounds, four assists, four steals, and two blocks. Four days later, against the Rockets in a double-overtime win, Bryant scored 52 points alongside eight rebounds, seven assists, and three blocks, including a memorable dunk over then-rookie sensation Yao Ming. ## Bryant's Deal with Nike A month after the Lakers fell to the eventual champion Spurs in the Western Conference finals, Bryant signed a five-year deal with Nike worth $40 million.
