Kent secure South African all-rounder Forrester for 2026 T20 Blast

Kent have signed South African batting all-rounder Dian Forrester for the 2026 T20 Blast campaign.

All-rounder joins Kent Batting all-rounder Dian Forrester has been added to Kent’s squad for the 2026 T20 Blast competition. The 25-year-old has earned five T20 caps representing South Africa at international level. Forrester previously shared the field with Kent Spitfires captain Sam Billings while playing together for Rawalpindi Pindiz in the Pakistan Super League. His T20 experience includes 36 appearances where he has accumulated 681 runs and claimed 11 wickets, alongside contributing an additional 83 runs in South Africa’s colors. ## Squad replacement announced Forrester takes the place of Senuran Muthusamy in the Kent Spitfires team after Muthusamy suffered a knee injury during domestic action in South Africa. The incoming all-rounder expressed his enthusiasm about joining the club ahead of the Vitality Blast campaign. Forrester revealed his motivation after discussions with Billings and Justin Kemp about the club’s heritage and their passion for representing it.
