Lampard and Hackney Shine at EFL Awards Coventry City boss Frank Lampard and Middlesbrough midfielder Hayden Hackney have been named the Championship manager and player of the season at the EFL Awards. Lampard led the Sky Blues back to the Premier League after a 25-year absence in his first full season in charge. Hackney, who has been an influential figure in Boro's promotion bid, has scored five goals and provided eight assists, while also being a commanding presence in the middle of the park. ## Lincoln City's Skubala and Leyton Orient's Ballard Also Win Awards Lincoln City's Michael Skubala won the League One manager of the season award after guiding the Imps to the second tier for the first time in 65 years. Leyton Orient's Dom Ballard won the division's player of the season award after scoring 22 goals in 38 matches so far this term. Bromley boss Andy Woodman and Swindon Town striker Aaron Drinan were named manager and player of the season for League Two. ## Young Players and Coaches Also Honored The young player of the season awards in each division went to Jordan James (Leicester City), Ballard, and Daniel Kanu (Walsall). Swindon Town's Sammy Braybrooke also won the apprentice of the season award for League Two. The team of the season in each division featured players from multiple clubs, with Coventry City's Carl Rushworth and Milan van Ewijk, along with Lincoln City's George Wickens and Tendayi Darikwa, being among the standout performers. ## Other EFL Awards Winners Blackburn Rovers won the community project of the season award for their work with Dads FC. Will Vaulks, an Oxford United player, was honored as the player in the community. Huddersfield Town won the fan engagement award for their Terriers Together Travel initiative. Brenda Spencer, chair of trustees for Wigan Athletic Community Trust, received the contribution to league football award.
